The Rise to Your Potential Process

Together, we’ll work through three key stages:

Stage 1: Awareness

Who could you become if you had 10% more confidence? What could you achieve if you could learn how to manage self-doubt at work? Get crystal clear on why you’ve joined the program.

You’ll understand when your self-doubt and imposter syndrome are most active. This is crucial in learning how to manage it.


Stage 2: Starting The Rewrite

Now we can begin to address self-doubt and imposter syndrome.

You’ll identify your current assumptions and ‘rules’ around self-doubt. It’s time to unlearn outdated beliefs.


Stage 3: Boosting Confidence. Building New Beliefs

We’ll work together to create new habits and routines as you build belief in your abilities.

Uncover your self-sabotaging behaviors. Discover how to get out of your own way.

Learn tools to challenge self-doubt when it reappears.

Understand how to maintain your new mindset once you’re back in day-to-day life.

You’ll get crystal clear about why you’re here and what you want to achieve in the program.

Module 2. Understanding When Your Self-Doubt Hits 

First, you’ll understand when your self-doubt is most active. Then you can learn how to manage it. This step is pivotal.

Module 3. Saying Goodbye To Unhelpful Beliefs 

You’ll identify your current assumptions and ‘rules’ around self-doubt. It’s time to unlearn outdated beliefs. A life-changing step.

Module 4. Creating Habits, Routines, & Rituals 

You’ll use these to generate change. And through this change, you’ll build new beliefs to challenge self-doubt and imposter syndrome.

Module 5. Tackling Self-Sabotaging Behaviors 

First, identify and get to know your self-sabotaging habits. Then learn how to get out of your own way.

Module 6. Bringing It Home: The Reality of Growth 

Understand how to maintain your new mindset and way of life. Learn how to cut yourself some slack.

You’ve finished the modules, but I’m still here to support you. In your 1:1 coaching sessions, I’ll help you adjust to your new way of thinking and being. All of these sessions are run by me.

Workshop: Using Rest To Avoid Burnout

Understanding your relationship with rest is key to unlocking performance. We’ll work on mindful strategies for achieving more at work by resting well.

Personalized Guided Meditation

We’ll work with our mindfulness expert to create a personalized meditation.

  1. Each module is released on a Monday. You’ll then have ten days to work through the content and apply the exercises to your own work and personal life.

  2. Then we come together for our Wednesday group coaching sessions.

  3. The next Rise to Your Potential group cohort commences Monday 4th March 2024.

  4. Homework is uploaded fortnightly on the 4th and 18th of March, 1st, 15th and 29th of April, and 13th of May.

  5. All group coaching sessions are Wednesdays from 1:00 pm-2:00 pm GMT/BST. Group coaching dates are the 13th and 27th of March, 10th and 24th of April, and 8th and 22nd of May.

  6. The Rise to Your Potential group program is £1,282 +VAT. The individual program is £1400 +VAT

Hi! I'm Holly and I finally, fully believe in myself.

I am a coach, business owner, mother, spouse, Ironman, ultra runner, and a small-town girl living in London.

My true life's mission is being a Confidence and Self-Leadership Coach. I find nothing more painful than watching people shrink, lose sight of themselves, stay lost, or hide to fit into a life they don't want.

I've coached hundreds, trained thousands, and have been supported by therapists and coaches on my journey.

I've been an anxious wreck, a bone-tired and forgetful mom, and a woman who wasn't looking after herself. I've felt the pain of being ignored and not seen at work. I've felt my self-doubt creep in and saw myself not wanting to meet the gaze of my manager. I know what the hole of self-doubt feels like.

But I learned tools that helped me tame my self-doubt and imposter syndrome. I know they work. And now I want to share them with others who experience the pain of never feeling good enough (oh hello imposter syndrome). 

I’m an ICF ACC-accredited coach. I have my MA in Industrial/Organisational Psychology and further certifications in ATD Coaching, Hogan, Emotional Intelligence (EQ 2.0), DiSC, Transactional Analysis, and Triathlon England.

I love learning and hope my natural curiosity about what makes us human enriches not only who I get to connect with but also who I am. I have two young daughters, a supportive partner, three road bikes, and an ice cream maker that is in constant use.

  • It can be scary to spend this kind of money on yourself when your biggest indulgences are nice meals out, the occasional private workout class or holidays. You're probably comfortable spending money on your kids, your home, or on gifts for your friends & colleauges. In reality, rarely do people add a line item to their personal budget for development and coaching. Here’s the thing, if you don’t decide you’re a priority, who will?

    Each module takes 2 weeks to complete. The homework/training will be released via a secure portal on a Monday. The next week on Wednesday we will meet for group coaching. I've cleared my diary so everyone who wants coaching, will receive coaching. All group coaching is 1:00pm - 2:00pm GMT.

    Homework/training will take around 20 minutes to read & watch, but the application of the concepts is what will take the most time. Some people can go on a walk and process, some people will journal, others will take action and implement changes/experiments immediately. There's space for all of the ways to process the content and you'll have your own unique combination.

    All group coaching sessions are from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm on Wednesdays.

  • First of all, whew. That’s a lot of brain chatter that is totally normal. This is an amygdala (old brain) response looking for potential threats.
